How it began
As a business owner himself, Cliff fully understands and appreciates the pressures you face and the amount of work and effort we all plough into our businesses. Cliff has come to realise that there are plenty of books and support available to help you start and grow a business but when it comes to growing your business strategically so you can exit the business well, unfortunately there is very little help out there.
This spurred him on to publish his second book, which focuses on the methodology he has used for many years in his own businesses; the same method he uses when working with clients. It ensures that the three key areas for every business owner are met, i.e., they have their business plans, their personal plans and their financial plans all in line and receiving the same level of attention.
Working on each plan in a very focused and strategic way creates a stable platform from which you can operate your business and prepare for life after exit. More importantly, because none of us know what is around the corner, this strategy will help you stay ready for whatever life brings.
